Quicken® and QuickBooks® Update

Bank of North Carolina is updating our online bill pay platform. As we make these changes, you will need to modify your Quicken® or QuickBooks® settings to ensure a smooth transition with no interruptions. In the chart below, please find a user guide that will walk you through the conversion process.

Quicken® and QuickBooks® offers various methods to update your transaction information. Direct Connect (DC) and Express Web Connect (EWC) communicate directly with our bank. You don’t have to manually download transactions using these two methods. Web Connect (WC) allows you to download transactions from Online Banking or Business Link and import into Quicken® or QuickBooks®.
